Dr. Jekyll og Mr. Hyde (engelsk The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde) er en roman av den skotske forfatteren Robert Louis Stevenson som kom ut første gang i 1886. Romanen ble spesielt kjent etter 1888 , da stykket ble spilt på teateret i London, og Jack the Ripper fulgte samme mønster som denne romanen. This is the one with the cover with the chalk writing. It looks like a 5th generation copy! The two books I have chosen for my open study are: The Picture of Dorian Gray and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The first one, written in 1890 by Oscar Wilde, is the story of a young, aristocratic dandy who, influenced by a friend, becomes a hedonistic, selfish man who ends in tragedy.
